2021 has arrived, new opportunities have risen, it is a clean slate as they say. Right now, Q4 has some newer and some well-established apartments for rent in Cedar Rapids & Marion. Ranging from sleek studios to very spacious townhomes, take your pick. Downtown Cedar Rapids is looking quite expansive for renters as Q4 has 1–2-bedroom openings at The Depot in the heart of the Newbo District. Apartments for rent such as these offer stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz counters, washer/dryer in unit, personal balconies, and top-tier views of the downtown area. The Depot makes it easy for residents to enjoy the positive vibes of this buzzing area. Do not forget, when renting at The Depot, you are steps away from local cafes, dining, and live entertainment throughout the warmer seasons. Opened in the summer of 2020, Phase I was filled in just a few months, displaying a high demand even today.
