This is a scenario often discovered with renters in Iowa. Why? Have you seen our winters? While protection from the sub-zero temperatures and random blizzards is important, this is not the only reason our prospective tenants ask for a rental with an attached garage. Having attached garage space included with your rental is also an opportunity to store stuff you normally would not want to sit around your living room or even stuffed to the brim in a closet.
